Delete your account

SmartPay Utilities lets you permanently delete your account and associated personal data. This page satisfies Google Play and Apple App Store account-deletion requirements.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open SmartPay Utilities and sign in
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account under Danger zone
Enter your login PIN and confirm

Before deleting, spend or withdraw any remaining wallet balance. Accounts with a positive balance cannot be deleted until the balance is zero.

What is deleted

Your name, phone, email, and login credentials
Saved meters and payment preferences
Wallet balance record and notification settings
Biometric login settings on your device

What may be retained

Anonymized payment records (amounts, dates, provider codes) may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. These records cannot be linked back to you.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@utilities.mw from the address or phone registered on your account. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
